Natalie
Natalie is a Physiotherapist who graduated from Sydney University in 1996. As early as 1997, Natalie started her journey in hand therapy and has been helping people achieve their rehabilitation goals ever since. She has worked in both the private and public sectors, and loves to see her patients succeed and return to the activities they love.
Natalie’s interests are in multitrauma, fracture management, and the treatment of dancers’ foot and ankle injuries.
In her spare time, Natalie likes to swim, bushwalk, and enjoy our lovely location here on the Coffs Coast.
indigo
Indigo is an Occupational Therapist who graduated from Southern Cross University in Coffs Harbour in 2022. She enjoys the problem-solving nature of hand therapy, supporting patients through post-operative rehabilitation and upper-limb injury recovery.
With a background in paediatric OT, Indigo also has a special interest in children’s fine motor development, handwriting assessments, and school readiness, taking a personalised approach to support skill development at home and school.
After relocating from Coffs in early 2026, Indigo now loves exploring Armidale and surrounding areas. Outside of work, she enjoys Pilates, cooking, walks, and discovering new food spots with her husband.
