Natalie Bond
Natalie is a Physiotherapist who graduated from Sydney University in 1996. As early as 1997 Natalie started her journey in hand therapy and has been helping people to achieve their rehabilitation goals ever since. Natalie has worked in both the private and public sectors and loves to see her patients succeed and return to the activities they love.
Natalie’s interests are in multitrauma, fracture management and also in the treatment of dancers foot and ankle injuries.
In her spare time Natalie likes to swim and bush walk and enjoy our lovely location here on the Coffs Coast.

Katie Street
Katie joined New England Hand Therapy in 2023. After graduated from the University of Sydney in 2001 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy, Katie has worked in various public hospital and private health settings with varied caseloads in both Australia and Ireland.
Katie started working in Hand Therapy when working in the public health system and helped to establish a Hand Therapy Service at the Armidale Rural Referral Hospital.
Katie has a special interest in Arthritis Management, Post Op Rehabilitation, Splinting and Wound Management. Katie is a an associate member of the Australian Hand Therapy Association and enjoys continuing to develop her knowledge and skills in Hand Therapy.
Katie has a second career in retail, and in her spare time enjoys gardening, spending time with friends and family, reading and being in the outdoors.

Amy Naidoo
Amy joined our team at New England Hand Therapy in October 2023. Amy is a Physiotherapist and Australian Hand Therapy accredited Hand Therapist who is passionate about helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Amy has extensive experience in both hand therapy and general musculoskeletal rehabilitation, she has previously worked in a very busy private practice in Sydney and has relocated to Armidale for a taste of the relaxed regional lifestyle.
Amy is keen to promote hand therapy in the New England region and has been involved in our recent 2024 professional development event in our practice in Armidale.

Zoe
Zoe is the Reception and Administration Assistant at New England Hand Therapy in Armidale.
She is the first point of contact in the Armidale clinic and will help you through the booking and payment processes.
After more than 10 years of working in office administration in a range of roles and industries, Zoe started working at New England Hand Therapy in October 2024. Working in a medical environment is a new experience for Zoe.
She is looking forward to improving her skills and learning more about hand therapy, promoting New England Hand Therapy services to the broader community, as well as creating a welcoming and organised space for our therapists and patients.
When Zoe isn’t at the reception desk, Zoe has a small side business creating and selling her original artworks, so she spends most of her time drawing and painting. She’s also a little obsessed with listening to podcasts.
