Natalie Bond

Natalie is a Physiotherapist who graduated from Sydney University in 1996. As early as 1997 Natalie started her journey in hand therapy and has been helping people to achieve their rehabilitation goals ever since. Natalie has worked in both the private and public sectors and loves to see her patients succeed and return to the activities they love.

Natalie’s interests are in multitrauma, fracture management and also in the treatment of dancers foot and ankle injuries.

In her spare time Natalie likes to swim and bush walk and enjoy our lovely location here on the Coffs Coast.

Anna Blucher

Anna is a dedicated and experienced hand therapist, accredited by the Australian Hand Therapy Association (AHTA). She has been a valued member of the Coffs Coast Hand Therapy team since 2019, helping patients regain function and confidence in their hands. 

After graduating with Honours in Occupational Therapy from the University of Queensland in 2016, Anna began her career in Hand Therapy in Brisbane before settling on the Coffs Coast. 

Anna has a particular interest in post-operative care, wound and scar management, and custom splinting. She enjoys the problem-solving nature of hand therapy and takes an individualized, creative approach to treatment. 

Outside of work, Anna enjoys time with her husband and two daughters, making the most of the beautiful Coffs Coast beaches and family life.

Ryan Brockwell

Ryan joined Coffs Coast Hand Therapy in 2024 after graduating from the University of Newcastle. He is now an associate of the AHTA and is currently pursuing his credential to become a certified hand therapist. He has an extensive range of experience throughout his studies and into his career partaking in both private and public settings and through sports coverage from Soccer and Netball to Rugby Union with some assistance in the NRLW Broncos team (undercover Knights supporter).

Relocating to Coffs Harbour from the Central Coast, Ryan discovered his interest in Hand Therapy and has loved this ever since. He has a special interest in trauma and the ultimate goal to return people back into the lifestyle they love.

Outside of the clinic you can find Ryan walking his energetic Labrador with his partner, getting pitted at Diggers beach or dunking at Sports central.

Melissa

Melissa was born and raised in Coffs Harbour before moving to Brisbane after school to study Hairdressing. She returned to Coffs in 2014 and now enjoys life with her husband and three boys. After a hand injury took her out of hairdressing for a while, Melissa transitioned into administration and hasn’t looked back. She is now a Practice Manager, sharing the role with Emma, and together they make a great team.

In her free time, Melissa enjoys camping and spending time with her family. She also keeps her creativity alive by doing hairdressing part-time in her home salon.

Emma

Emma is one of the dedicated Practice Managers at Coffs Coast Hand Therapy, sharing the role with Mel. Born and raised in the Clarence Valley, Emma started out in admin after leaving school before relocating to the Coffs Coast with her husband and taking time to raise a family.

Emma enjoyed being self employed for 14 years, before returning to admin, with a passion for supporting both the team and patients at Coffs Coast Hand Therapy.

Outside of her professional life, Emma enjoys a variety of hobbies including sewing, embarking on outdoor adventures with her husband in their caravan and spending time with their three grown children. In addition to her role at Coffs Coast Hand Therapy, Emma enjoys a side business in beauty therapy, further showcasing her skill set.
